LIA for companies
Find new & creative employees
A large part of Programmer iPhone and Android and Content Producer will be workplace-based training, which in higher vocational education is called LIA – Learning at Work. It is during this period that our students have the opportunity to use their new knowledge, learn further from the world of work and business and thus get an even better reality anchoring in the education.
As a business owner, you can volunteer your skills and get a unique chance to bring in and try out new, creative and energetic employees for later employment or collaboration as a subcontractor.
Our short courses do not include LIA.

PROJECTS AND MISSIONS
If you need students for projects or commercial assignments already during the training, you can email 5-10 lines WITHOUT business secrets to info@my.se and we will send out to the students and see who bites.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you are interested in receiving a student, please contact us at Malmö Yrkeshögskola via the form, email lia@my.se or by calling 0200-210 999.
The expression of interest is in no way binding, but instead the students will contact you when their LIA period is approaching. You can then discuss in more detail what both parties want to get out of this period and how you could achieve this together. Students are responsible for their LIA, and the preparation for this period can be seen as a test for future job interviews and industry contacts.
As an LIA company, you set aside time for supervision. Together with the student, you will also sign an LIA agreement, in which you formulate more concretely the objectives of the period and establish a supervision plan.
When the LIA period has ended, you as a LIA company give feedback to us at Malmö Yrkeshögskola. This is also an opportunity for you to give your views on how the student worked, what it could contribute, but of course also things that Malmö Yrkeshögskola can change.
