LEARN HOW TO CREATE INTUITIVE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
AND HOW TO USE AI TO MAKE THEM MORE ACCESSIBLE
The course teaches you how to use user-centered design and UX principles to create products and services that are intuitive, engaging, and easy to use. You’ll also learn how AI can improve the user experience and make your work with UX and accessibility more efficient.
You’ll learn what digital accessibility means in practice and get familiar with the laws, directives, and standards that shape the field, including Sweden’s Digital Public Service Accessibility Act (DOS Act), the European Accessibility Act, and the new accessibility requirements that are now in effect.
COURSE CONTENT (80 YH credits, 16 weeks)
- UX and Digital Accessibility, 40 YH credits, 8 weeks
- SEO for Digital Accessibility and UX, 25 YH credits, 5 weeks
- AI in Practice, 15 YH credits, 3 weeks
The course is offered fully online with a flexible schedule, making it easy to study while you work.
All lectures are recorded, so if you miss one, you can always watch it later.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
You need a high school diploma or equivalent. If you don’t have a copy of your diploma, contact your local municipality. We also generally accept academic transcripts or other higher education credentials, as these normally show that you have completed high school. If you don’t have any formal qualifications, contact us at info@my.se for more information.
You also need sufficient Swedish language skills to complete the course and use what you learn professionally afterward. Classes are taught in Swedish, but all instructors also speak English.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
You need at least one year of professional experience in design, graphic design, the graphic arts industry, or web or app development or similar.
